If you tend toward anxious attachment (overanalysing, seeking reassurance) or avoidant patterns (pulling away when things get close), we work on building emotional regulation so dating no longer feels destabilising.

This phase creates the clarity and internal reset you need to relate differently.

Phase 2: Clarity & Relational Vision

Once your patterns become visible, we build structure around what you actually want.

We define your core values, your non-negotiables, and your vision for a healthy relationship, one grounded in compatibility, not just chemistry.

Together, we create two essential tools:

Phase 3: Practical Dating & Execution

Awareness without action changes nothing. In this final phase, we bring everything into your real dating life. We refine how you present yourself online and in person, how you communicate your needs, and how you assess whether someone is genuinely available or just temporarily interested.

You learn how to:

  • Pace connection without anxiety taking over

Before We Begin: Your Assessment Call (45 Minutes)

Before starting the programme, we’ll have a relaxed, no-pressure assessment call. Think of it as a conversation.

We’ll explore your current situation, what you’re hoping to shift, and whether this programme is the right fit for where you are right now.

There’s no obligation, just honest dialogue. If we both feel aligned, we begin.
